Shane is a great guy. He’s prompt, friendly, efficient, and thorough. Last year, another well known and well advertised family years operated HVAC company that I had trusted for 25 years claimed I needed a new master electrical board replacement or a whole brand new HVAC system. I called Reliance for a second opinion. Shane saved me well over $1000 by a simple low cost repair. The system is still working great. Shane really likes to find and fix problems for his customers rather than sell expensive replacement parts. I feel in good hands and trust Shane.

I haven't had a working AC for about a week and couldn't stand it anymore. I called Snowflow and they were able to come right out and get me cool again. They were really nice, really informative, gave me a fair price on the fix. They will be my new AC people from here on out!

Mr snow did an awesome job at my house cleaning my ac unit and even went beyond normal service to add extra drainage for my unit! you can trust his company to do exactly what they claim they're gonna do and not scam people! I will use him from now on out on everything ac related....also his prices are awesome !
